If you’re a dog mom, more than likely you can’t agree more that dogs are family. And like family members, you talk to your dog. In fact, science says that talking to our furry family members is a sign of our intelligence. Nicholas Epley, a behavioral science professor, recently conducted a study on this very subject. In fact, he encourages dog lovers to keep talking!

So if you’re chatting with your dog as you read this, you’re one very smart cookie!

Dishing with our dogs

A dog’s sweet expression, those chocolate chip eyes gazing at me…melts my heart every time. It’s like being fluent in an unspoken language of dog love—a caring and kind communication that our furry friends share with us daily.

Without saying a word, our canine companions speak volumes…and fill a place in our hearts with lasting love.

Love Chloe's happy face! Yes, we talk to our cats all the time. In fact, my husband who is Mr.Tough Guy, would often have long conversations to with our cats. When I ask "oh what did you say?" He goes "I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to Scout. He was asking Scout, the cat, her opinion about whether he should wear that shirt for a business trip! 😹
