Happy-Go-Doodle is named a best new pet blog finalist

How does one happy dog celebrate the journey to becoming one of four best new pet blog finalists? Through Happy-Go-Doodle’s story, we hope to inspire you to take the leap into blogging with your dog.

A dog-loving celebration

As I opened the jumbo-sized bag of tennis balls on the kitchen table, Happy-Go-Doodle Chloe couldn’t contain her excitement. Her muppet paws plunked onto the tabletop as dozens of sunshine-yellow balls bounced on the floor like popcorn in an air popper.

A smile peeked out from Chloe’s floofy mop of red doodle hair as her head bobbed up and down in unison to the drumbeat of bouncing balls. I laughed, spoke her favorite word, and gave her a ball to carry in her mouth as we headed outside.

Feel-good moments are meant to be shared. Chloe and I were definitely celebrating this happy news together…

A pet blogging community of dog lovers

Overjoyed! Being selected as a finalist for the BlogPaws Nose-to-Nose Social Media and Blogging Awards in the “Best New Pet Blog” category was a huge “YAY” in our day! Not only do the awards honor the best of the best in the pet blogging and social media influencer world, but the BlogPaws team and community has been a great source of encouragement and information to us. From the first virtual “hellos” on Twitter to chats on the BlogPaws Social Learning Community, we felt welcomed. We’d found our pack.

Affirmations from pet blogging experts

This honor affirmed the new Happy-Go-Doodle pet blogging journey that Chloe and I were on together. What kind of happy were we? In Chloe terms, yellow-ball-of-goodness happy.

Why pet blogging is our passion…and may be yours too

With two kids off to college, my husband and I had turned the corner on parenthood and traded it in for doodlehood. Our big kiddoodle brought so much joy to our lives, sharing her happiness with others seemed like a natural step.

Inspired by Chloe, a happy-go-lucky goldendoodle,

Happy-Go-Doodle’s vision is to celebrate and nurture

the bond between pets and the people who love them.

Through smile-bringing images and uplifting messages, we hope to share as much joy with others as Chloe shares with everyone she meets. Our brand slogan?  FETCH JOY®.

So, how did ball-loving Chloe and I celebrate being selected as a finalist in the BlogPaws Nose-to-Nose awards? Endless games of fetch. It is our shared joy.

And behind every good doodle and her blogger, is a loving family who cheers us on through boundless love, support, and encouragement. It means so much to us.
